Online Banking
Alliance Association Financial Services Online provides high performance 24/7 online banking, cash management and seamless cross-platform integration with a full range of e-commerce, core banking and imaging systems. AAFS Online is also an effective relationship management tool offering our clients the flexibility of secure, anytime/anywhere cash management with real-time transaction inquiries, internal account transfers, stop pays, images and more. ACH and wire transfers are an integrated part of our offering.
ACH Origination
AAFS Online incorporates a browser-based ACH management tool that enables our customers to generate and modify ACH files within any AAFS Online session. For example, ACH files generated from AAFS Online can be formatted into NACHA files and transferred to the financial institution for processing.
Bill Payment Services
Provides our customers with the only online service they need to pay vendors and manage accounts. In the same way they have traditionally used templates to transfer funds from one account to another; our customers can now create templates to pay vendors using electronic fund transfers or paper checks.
Lockbox Service
Alliance Association Financial Services' Lockbox service is an effective cash management tool that can accelerate the collection of your association's accounts and improve your cash flow. By sending your payments to a post office box we establish for you, your payments are quickly delivered to our lockbox center where they are processed and deposited into your association's accounts each day. With lockbox service, you can benefit from the reduced delays caused by internal processing, handling and trips to the bank. You will also receive daily remittance information and thorough documentation of all activity.

e-Deposit Remote Capture
Now you'll never have to worry again about getting to the bank before the end of the day to make your deposits. With e-Deposit, your checks can be deposited electronically from your office or remote locations. You can make deposits with same day posting anytime Monday through Friday up to 6:30pm (PST).
And the best part: it's easy.
Through the use of a scanning device, checks are scanned from your location, and the scanned check image is transmitted directly to a central processing center and into your account - streamlining operations and improving funds management.
e-Deposit usually takes about 30 minutes to set up and it takes less than an hour to train your staff.
