Operations
The Alliance Association Financial Services Customer Service and Operations team is located in Mesa Arizona and provides day-to-day support for our customers. The team is responsible for performing routine and advance HOA operations and customer service. The day-to-day operations include: accepting HOA checking and savings deposits; opening HOA checking, savings and CD accounts, assisting with lockbox technology and payment verification and research, working with and providing treasury management services/products, maintaining relationships with community management company accounting staff, promoting business for the bank by maintaining good customer relations and providing customers with new services.

Sales
The Alliance Association Financial Services Sales team is composed of regionally located banking partners that develop business and work with banking clients to ensure their needs are being met. AAFS is building a national sales team that will include representatives in most major metropolitan areas that have a high concentration of homeowners associations and community management companies. Members of the AAFS sales team must be outgoing and affable individuals that are comfortable and excited to call on new clients and meet with existing clients. Sales team members must also be self-starters and self-motivated.
Sales team members will identify and develop prospects in the association industry through industry events and trade organizations, visiting client offices, attending/exhibiting at trade shows, general marketing & advertising, product demonstrations and networking. The regional partner will also support existing clients by regularly visiting clients, preparing investments scenarios, troubleshooting banking concerns, acting as a liaison between the operations team and up-selling products.
